The collections
We operate on Sidney Street in Cambridge and Western Avenue in Brighton, and nowhere else. Every residence is a full two-bedroom home with a kitchen, in-unit laundry and a dedicated desk.

You see the specific home, its floor plan, what's included and the total cost before anything is signed. No resort fees, no per-night pricing games.
A straightforward month-to-month agreement with a 32-night minimum. Utilities, Wi-Fi and cleaning between stays are part of the rate.
The residence is furnished, stocked and cleaned before you arrive. Self check-in, local support, and one point of contact for the length of your stay.
The Platinum Standard
The standard is the same in all six homes, in both collections. If something is listed here, it is in the residence when you arrive.
Real beds, real seating, real storage. Two bedrooms with closets, not a convertible sofa.
Full-size range, dishwasher, cookware, knives and everything needed to make dinner on a Tuesday.
Washer and dryer inside every residence. No shared basement machines, no laundromat trips.

We operate furnished mid-term residences on a revenue-share basis. You keep ownership, we handle furnishing, marketing, tenant screening, cleaning and day-to-day operations — and we split the revenue.
