This website is operated by Platinum Stays LLC, trading as Platinum Stays, 28 Church Street, Suite 8, Winchester, MA 01890. It describes furnished residences we operate in Cambridge, MA and Brighton, MA and allows you to request availability.
2. Inquiries are not reservations
Submitting a form on this site is a request for information. No residence is held or reserved until we confirm availability in writing and a signed lease and payment terms are in place.
3. Minimum stay
All residences require a minimum stay of 32 nights. We do not offer nightly, weekend or vacation stays. Requests below the minimum cannot be accommodated.
4. Rates and availability
Monthly rates shown on this site are starting figures and depend on the month, length of stay and occupancy. The rate stated in your written confirmation governs. Availability shown or implied on this site is indicative and subject to change until confirmed.
5. Use of the site
You agree not to submit false information, use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages, or attempt to interfere with its operation. Photographs, text and marks on this site are our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without written consent.
6. Lease terms govern
Descriptions on this site are provided in good faith but are not part of any lease. If anything here conflicts with your signed lease, the lease controls.
