How booking works
Published rates are monthly and all-inclusive for stays of 29 to 89 nights. Staying 90 nights or more? Inquire for mid-term rates.

Choose a residence and your dates — 29 to 89 nights — and tell us who is staying.

Hold
Your card is authorized for the first month on Stripe's secure page. Authorized, not charged — and released automatically after 7 days if your stay isn't confirmed.

Screening
Within one business day we reach out for credit screening and ID. We pay for the screening.

Confirmation
On approval your occupancy agreement comes for e-signature, and only then is the first month captured. The last month and any balance follow your agreement. If we can't confirm, the hold is released and nothing is charged.
Damage protection
Damage protection included in place of any deposit, shown as its own line.
