Platinum Stays is a Boston-born hospitality company. We design, furnish, and operate a small portfolio of short-term rentals across the city — built to feel like a great hotel and a great home, at the same time.
Who we are
Platinum Stays was founded on a simple conviction: short-term rentals should feel as cared for as a great hotel and as personal as a home. We design, furnish, and operate every property in our portfolio to that standard — no franchised managers, no overseas call centers, no compromises.
Today our team operates a curated portfolio of homes across Boston for owners, developers, and operators who care about their assets and the people who stay in them. We measure ourselves on two numbers: the revenue our partners earn and the rating our guests leave behind.
Our mission
We believe short-term rentals can be better than hotels and warmer than homes. That takes design, discipline, and a team that picks up the phone. That's the whole job.
The Platinum Standard
The Platinum Standard isn't a marketing line — it's the operating manual our team is measured against, every check-in.
Every stay is reset by a trained team using a 74-point checklist. Linens are commercially laundered, never on-site.
Every property is registered with the City of Boston, fully insured, and equipped with smoke/CO monitoring and noise sensors.
A real Boston-based human answers within 60 minutes — day, night, holiday. No bots, no overseas call centers.
Each home is styled by our in-house team. Quality mattresses, real coffee, fast Wi-Fi, and the small things that make a place feel lived-in.
