We think like an owner and host like a hotel.
Revenue share, not a management fee
We take an agreed share of the revenue each residence produces. If a month underperforms, we earn less alongside you — there is no flat fee that gets paid regardless.
Furnished and prepared to one standard
Furniture, linens, kitchenware, photography and guest-ready preparation are ours to handle and fund.
Verified guests only
Every lead guest verifies their identity, and monthly residents are screened. Stays run from ten nights to the months ahead.
You keep ownership and control
You retain title, insurance and final say on the standard. We report monthly on occupancy and revenue, and either side can wind the arrangement down at the end of a term.
