Furnished two-bedroom residences in Cambridge and Brighton for nurses, travelling clinicians and locum physicians — leased by the month, with utilities and in-unit laundry included.
Minimum stay: 32 nights. Every residence is leased by the month. We do not offer nightly, weekend or vacation stays.
A standard travel contract runs thirteen weeks. Our leases are monthly with a 32-night minimum, which lines up cleanly with that: three months, extendable if your contract is renewed, and a written rate for the whole term rather than a nightly price that changes with the season.
Because every residence has two bedrooms and two full baths, splitting one with a colleague on the same contract is realistic. Each of you gets a private bedroom and bathroom, and the cost per person drops well below a studio. If you prefer to keep the residence to yourself, the second bedroom becomes a study or somewhere for family to stay when they visit.
In-unit laundry matters more than it sounds when you are working three twelve-hour shifts a week. Every residence has a washer and dryer inside it, a full kitchen for meal prep, and blackout-friendly bedrooms for sleeping after a night shift.
From the Charles Collection on Western Avenue in Brighton, the Longwood Medical Area — Brigham and Women's, Beth Israel Deaconess, Boston Children's and Dana-Farber — is a short drive or bus ride, and parking is included at several of the residences. That combination is why clinicians usually choose Brighton.
From the Sidney Collection on Sidney Street in Cambridge, Cambridge Health Alliance and Mount Auburn are close by, and Massachusetts General Hospital is a direct Red Line ride from Central Square. If you would rather not keep a car in the city, this is the better base.
The residence is fully furnished and professionally cleaned before you arrive: bed made, towels out, kitchen stocked with cookware, plates and utensils. Check-in is self-service, so a shift that starts the morning after you land is not a problem. You do not open utility accounts, buy furniture or wait for internet installation.
During the stay you have one local point of contact. If something breaks, you message a person who can send someone — and if your contract extends, you ask the same person about staying on.
Send your start month, contract length and whether you are sharing. We reply within one business day with what is genuinely available and the exact monthly rate, including utilities. We would rather tell you a month is fully committed than move you in the middle of a rotation.
