When you submit an availability or partnership inquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, optional phone number, intended move-in month, length of stay, occupancy and any notes you add. For partnership inquiries we also collect the property address and unit details you provide.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, quote availability, and administer a lease if you go ahead. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Who sees it
Inquiries are delivered by email to our team at Platinum Stays LLC. We use a third-party email delivery provider to transmit those messages and a hosting provider to run this website; both process the data on our behalf.
Retention
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
